2026 coaching staff
Todd Bowles
Head Coach
Bowles is in his fifth season as Tampa Bay's head coach in 2026. He previously served as the Buccaneers' defensive coordinator from 2019 through 2021 and led the club to division titles in each of his first three seasons as head coach, from 2022 through 2024.
Zac Robinson leads the offense and Danny Smith leads special teams, both in their first Buccaneers seasons in those positions in 2026. Their names link to the team's official biographies in the tables below.

Leadership and football personnel
Jason Licht
General Manager
Licht became the fifth general manager in Buccaneers history on January 21, 2014. The 2026 season is his 13th leading the club's football personnel operation, supported by the scouting, research and football administration teams.
Brian Ford
Chief Operating Officer
Ford oversees the Buccaneers' day-to-day business operations and community involvement. He works directly with ownership on the experience provided to fans, season pass members and corporate partners, and joined the organization in 2006.
